All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are accepted.  For any damages or productions errors there is a 14 day return policy following the date of delivery confirmation. Please contact customerservice@bornxraised.com | Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm PST

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
