Return Policy 

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. 
• For any damages or productions errors there is a 14 day return policy following the date of delivery confirmation.

Shipping & Processing Time

• Expected fulfillment windows are provided on product pages in the description and also sent out in order confirmation emails.
• Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail for all domestic orders.  We do not offer expedited shipping or combine shipping for multiple orders.
• We are not responsible for stolen packages marked delivered. 
• We are responsible for any damaged or lost in transit packages and are responsible for filing the claim with the shipping carriers.
  
• Domestic orders over $400 will be shipped "signature required".
• Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the US once an order is fulfilled. 
• We honor a 30 day window for reconciling shipping issues from the expected ship dates.
• If your orders shipping information does not update within 3 days after the initial package shipped confirmation, please reach out to customerservice@bornxraised.com.

For International orders any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.

BORN X RAISED + DIABLOS ROJOS will ship September 1, 2025 - September 5, 2025. 
**Please note: "BXR MEX JERSEY" and "BXR MEX PIPED SHORTS" will ship between 9/22/25 - 9/26/25 due to extended production timelines for these styles.  We appreciate your patience!  

BORN X RAISED + MISTER CARTOON “ANGELS WILL RISE” will ship August 11, 2025 - August 15, 2025. 

BORN X RAISED IN NEW YORK will ship August 11, 2025 - August 15, 2025.

PRE-ORDER BORN X RAISED + DODGERS "LA BLEEDS BLUE" will ship between July 15, 2025 - August 15, 2025.

BXR STANDARDS will ship between August 8, 2025 - August 15, 2025.

We do not include shipping to the following states: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands.
