Shipping & Processing Time
Please allow up to 14 business days to process orders unless otherwise stated on the item and your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Any orders over $400 will be shipped "signature required".
For International orders any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country.
We do not ship to PO Box Addresses (including APO, AE, AA, AP, FPO).
Expected fulfillment windows are provided on product pages in the description and also sent out in order confirmation messages. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the US once an order is fulfilled. We honor a 30 day window for reconciling shipping issues from the expected ship dates. If your orders shipping information does not update within 3 days after the initial package shipped confirmation, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
